The two ropes are soft

The two ropes are soft and jet black, very beautiful. The ends on mine were somewhat uneven and sharp, so I melted it to a smooth end with a lighter so it wouldnt fray. Other that that the kit was cute and had a guide on basic knots and came in a little box. Im very excited to use it for more than just practice knots. Hope my boyfriend is into it.

the rope is soft, which is nice and comfortable, but soft to where the knots collapse on their own. It was also not my first experience with bondage, so i was seeking something longer that would hold better. they're not bad for dipping your toes in the water, but if youre looking for rope for articulate bondage stuff, it's not reliable. i found what i was looking for in Japanese soft cotton rope, so look for that if you want to get more in depth to rope play.
