Shipping

Yes, very discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packages. There is no indication on the outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list.

We ship our online orders via FedEx or the US Postal Service.  2nd Day and Overnight orders will be shipped via FedEx.  If you have a special request, please call or email us. 

Your order will be shipped in a nondescript package.

The return address on every box is “Atlantic Innovations,” which guarantees total discretion. Your order will be delivered in a nondescript package that doesn't reveal anything. We won't send you any embarrassing catalogs, either.

Typical delivery is a fast 3-5 days. We do offer Overnight and 2-Day Delivery Shipping options for customers who need their order ASAP. Our team works hard to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Most orders ship the same day you place your order.

We ship to the USA, including post office boxes and Military APO/AEs. Items will be delivered via USPS or FedEx, depending on the address and shipping options. Next Day and Second Day delivery are only available for orders within the USA.

TooTimid ships to Canada, as well. Orders typically take 1-2 weeks. You can view the shipping rates during checkout. Canadian customers are responsible for any additional customs charges or shipping fees that may be due upon arrival.

Returns

If you receive a defective item, you will NOT need to send it back to us.  Within 30 days, contact our customer service department via email or phone.  Let us know what the issue is and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.  Yes, it really will be that easy.  

If the product is defective and breaks, we will be happy to replace it for you, for up to 1 year after the original purchase date. A flat shipping fee of $6.95 will apply to replacements over 30 days old, and to any exchanges. Shipping fees will vary for international customers, or for those looking for expedited delivery options.

We will guarantee the item against defects for 1 year after the original purchase date. Our guarantee does not provide protection for items that have not been properly maintained. If we do not have the same item in-stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value. Return requests are approved or rejected at the discretion of Tootimid.com.  

If you receive your order and are simply not satisfied with the product, you may contact us within 30 days to exchange it for another item. Since all returns are disposed of, we are not able to issue any refunds.

We will guarantee the item for (1) one-year from the original purchase date against defects for item/s on your order. This guarantee allows for a (1) single replacement of any defective item.
