We want you to have the peace-of-mind that if you don't like the product when you get it, in a worst case scenario, you may exchange it and pick something else out. Exchanges:

If you do not like what you bought, we will let you pick something else out  -

  • If you receive your order and are simply not satisfied with the product, you may contact us within 30 days to exchange it for another item. Our hassle-free exchanges allow for a (1) single exchange of any item.

  • Additionally, if your item arrives defective, we will gladly replace it with a new one. However, each order is eligible for only one exchange or one defective replacement. Once an exchange is processed, the order is no longer eligible for a defective replacement. Likewise, if a defective replacement is provided, the order cannot later be exchanged.

  • To make things simpler, we will process an exchange without asking you to send anything back. Our hassle-free exchanges allow for a (1) single exchange of any item.

  • A flat shipping fee of $9.95 will apply to any exchange.

  • Exchanges are limited to a single exchange request per order. After an exchange is completed, additional exchanges for the same order cannot be processed. 

  • Since all items are considered used upon delivery, we are not able to issue any refunds. Because these are very personal items, we never restock products once they are delivered.

  • We consider all items used upon delivery to ensure our customers have the peace of mind that they are receiving a brand-new, unused product. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds, but we absolutely want to make sure you end up with something you love.

Freebie Promotion Return/Exchange Policy:

We’re excited to offer complimentary products for you to try! Our Freebie Promotion Program is designed to let you experience new products without obligation or simply enjoy a little extra something with your order—completely free!

Since these products are provided free of charge, they have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited. The purpose of these free promotional items is to allow customers to experience our products without any obligation other than the shipping cost. 

  • If a freebie promotional item is found to be defective within the first 30 days from the order date, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.

  • If the defect is reported after 30 days, we will still replace the item with the same item, but a $9.95 shipping fee will apply.

  • Allows for a (1) single replacement of a defective freebie item.

  • Please note that shipping costs for freebie promotional orders are non-refundable.

Defective Replacements:

  • For up to one year, if it breaks, we will replace it. - If the product is defective and breaks, we will be happy to replace it for you, for up to 1 year after the original purchase date with the same item.  We will guarantee the item for (1) one-year from the original purchase date against defects for item/s on your order. This guarantee allows for a (1) single replacement of any defective item with the same item. 

  • If the product is defective and breaks, we will be happy to replace it for you, for up to 1 year after the original purchase date with the same item.

  • A flat shipping fee of $9.95 will apply to replacements over 30 days old. 

  • Each order is eligible for only one defective replacement or one exchange. If an exchange has already been processed for the order, it will no longer be eligible for a defective replacement. Likewise, if a defective replacement has been provided, the order cannot later be exchanged.

  • We will guarantee the item for (1) one-year from the original purchase date against defects for items on your order. This guarantee allows for a (1) single replacement of any defective item with the same item.

  • Defective replacements are tied to the original order date and do not extend or reset the warranty. Once the replacement has been provided, the warranty is considered fulfilled.

  • Our guarantee does not provide protection for items that have not been properly maintained or altered, as this can impact the integrity of the product.

  • If we do not have the same item in stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value. Return requests are approved or rejected at the discretion of Tootimid.com.
