Wow, these are so so comfortable and the perfect sizes. After I got these, I threw my other butt plugs away. I can only wear them for about half an hour before I'm too revved up and need to take care of that, but I think they would be comfortable enough if you wanted to wear them for long periods of time or even out and about. I prefer this style of base over the circular ones. This base has a narrower side and a broader side. For me, it's more comfortable to wear with the narrow side pointed back, fitting between my cheeks, and the broader side pointing towards my vagina. Orienting it this way prevents any pinching of my butt cheeks by the silicone plug. The small and medium are pretty close in size, but the large is a good step up.
