I am sure it is a very good product, however the Mfr. instructions on the front of the box did not inform you that the rubber sleeve had different thicknesses on either end. The "thick" sleeve end wraps the plastic cup for a secure fit. The "thin" side is used by the user. I tried to attach the sleeve to the plastic cup with the "thin" end in error for the 1st time and the sleeve tore. I will have to talk with your team. thank you!
