These are great for training, but not everyday wear. You can't sit with these in. I would recommend looking for ones with a flat base, as you'll get more use out of them.

Very good kit for training! Not as soft as some silicone, these are quite dense. The rings are perfect. The difference between sizes is very noticeable, would recommend getting another set with sizes in between if you need to stretch.
