    flimsy material

    They sell things at tractor supply for securing cargo straps that are almost identical, are much cheaper, and are way more durable. If you want soft velcro cuffs go look there.

    I wouldn't pay any more for this product, but it is definitely good for what I paid. Soft, easy to put on. Seems fragile, but that is ok.
