This stuff really numbs your throat. When I first used it I didn't wait an I just got into the nitty gritty and it didn't feel like it was working. But after about 5-10 mins, my throat went completely num and he could go as deep as he wanted to. I gave it 4 starts bc the taste was horrible. I didn't like it. It had a little burning sensation. The product works as described and numbs as said. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the flavor isn't as good as some of Doc Johnson GoodHead other flavored products. Maybe the mint is a little more true to form (we haven't tried it) or maybe it's just different because of the numbing Benzocaine? Otherwise the product is good and does the trick!
